My Room
I awaken to the sweet smell of Blueberry Pancakes on a warm, nice, cozy Saturday morning in my full set bed with thick comforters, nice and pink and warm. My room is my sanctuary. I can go there whenever I like, it’s very, very close to home, and I have my privacy. It’s like my own little house. I have a computer, television, a radio, telephone, and desk. I never have to leave there unless I need to get something to eat (mini-fridge coming soon) :) I can just relax and listen to my music, looking at the beautiful colors of pink and brown (my favorite colors put together). All of my company loves my room because it so comfortable and relaxing. Soon as you walk into my room it takes away all your stress and worries, especially when I have my vanilla scented candle lit. When I go into my room I feel as if I am relaxing on the nice, sandy beaches of the Bahamas. It makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable. It’s the one place where I know I can be myself and no-one can judge me. I’ve been walking into this sanctuary for almost 2 years when my family and I first moved to Redford. This room means so much to me and I would hate to have to wake up one morning w/o being in there knowing I will not be returning :( I love MY ROOM!!!!! :)

The Dukes practiced the play: Romeo & Juliet (102)
They practiced sword fights (102)
Huck learned the speech while the duke was teaching it to the king (103)
They presented the play while the circus was in town (104)
They explored around the town after the play (105)
Huck is approached by a drunkard in the town, but he doesn’t mean any harm. He just gets like that when he’s drunk. (107)
Sherbun was in a rage cussing out everyone and not listening to what people had to say. (108)
Sherbun was shot and killed in front of his own daughter. (109)
Languish- to be or become weak or feeble; droop; fade. (102)
Soliquy- couldn’t find(102)
Bodkin- a small, pointed instrument for making holes in cloth, leather, etc.(103)
Contumely- rude treatment; insolence(103)
Blackguarding-A thoroughly unprincipled person; a scoundrel. (107)
For there weren’t nothing but sword fighting and rehearsing. (103)
Gimme the chaw and you take the plug. (106)
